      Abstract: This article discusses the experience UGM Tourism Diploma Course in assisting the people of Karangasem Hamlet, Village Muntuk, Dlingo subdistrict, Bantul, the pioneer of rural tourism since 2014. The vast majority (95%) Karangasem Dusun community for decades is hereditary has become a bamboo craftsman, with a product that initially only the tray and place the rice and then developed into a variety of furniture and other household needs. Seeing the local potential, Tourism Diploma Program UGM thought to encourage communities to develop tourism in the village. Moreover, in addition to the potential of culture held, this village also has the potential of nature tourism in the form of a view of the landscape, streams and pine forests. The smooth passage of the two-year community development activities is due to the character of the people who want to move forward and not money oriented. But over time, the tourism activities that are profit-oriented will inevitably push changes the character of the community. This paper would like to see further how community strategies to deal with monetesasi Karangasem and map out strategies UGM further prepared to continue to assist the people of Karangasem with characters that might change in building a tourist village in the hamlet. The method used to collect data in this descriptive study is participatory and interviews while this article is presented with descriptive analytical.

      Abstract: Food crops is one asset that can be used to address the problem of poverty. For that we need proper planning for development-oriented poverty problem can be managed properly. Planning is essentially be based on issues, basic needs and potential of the region so that development undertaken appropriate and targeted so as to boost the regional economy development of the agricultural sector related food crops sub-sector. The big difference, both physically natural or artificial between regions within a region causes the difference in opportunities to grow and develop. The main objective of this research is to make planning in the development of the agricultural sector in particular sub sectors of food crops in order to improve the regional economy by looking at the performance (performance) the agricultural sector, identifying food crops that are potential to be developed, draw up a hierarchy of centers of social services and economy, and planning the development of the agricultural sector of food crops sub sector. From the research, it was determined that the area will become a center for the production of rice, maize, cassava, sweet potatoes, beans, vegetables, and fruits. Food crops that can be developed in each sub-district is excellent commodities and the potential that crops have kompetetif and comparative advantages or one of them. Food crops that can be developed in each sub- district in Wonosobo regency are: rice, maize, cassava, sweet potatoes, beans, vegetables and fruits. Featured food crops when the mapping will be seen that there has been a regional grouping as a cluster. Of the commodity will be directed cluster development, namely the construction of production centers and processing centers.

      Abstract: Elderly coral is a social organization that is not widely known by the public. Reefs Werdha a container coaching and empowerment Elderly. Elderly is a part of society that is closely related to public welfare issues. The realization of the government's efforts in empowering the elderly is the introduction of services for the elderly through several levels of health services at the community level is one of them through the Coral Werdha. Program of Coral Werdha that Posyandu where this program can help the elderly in accordance with their needs, so that the elderly do not feel anymore neglected in society. This study focuses on the welfare of the elderly in terms of physical and material terms. The method used is a qualitative method approach through interviews and direct observation. The results of this study indicate that prior to the Coral Elderly seniors less noticed by the people around. After the Coral Elderly seniors feel their welfare isguaranteed in the form of free health care facilities and the provision of such basic commodities that are held regularly every month.

      Abstract: This study discusses mengenahi change of attitude occurred in elementary school children (elementary school) like (already know the make-up, going out, can ride a motorcycle). The study was conducted at four elementary schools in the District Dalisodo Village Wagir Malang. SDN BEDALISODO I, II, III, IV. Of course, attitudes described should not happen if they see their age an average of 12-15 years. This shift is motivated by a fundamental phenomenon of globalization. Globalization brings progress in all things one of which is technology. This technology led to changes in attitude at the elementary school children which would bring negative impacts. The method used is quantitative method by distributing questionnaires in each school. It is used in order to obtain the data in the form of a picture change of attitude occurred. The result is the truth of the hypothesis that the influence of technological advances with changing attitudes elementary school children (elementary school). Participatory community empowerment in an effort to reduce the rate of early childhood behavior change is a solution that is offered as a result of the influence of technological developments.

      Abstract: Community empowerment program that aims to alleviate poverty in the countryside, in principle, has many similarities. This is seen in PUAP, Gapoktan and Demapanprogram. As for the similarities among others: village-based, implemented by community groups, obtain agriculture and non-agriculture venture, establishment of micro-finance institutions at the village, and guided by extension workers and facilitators. In the implementation, the program had experienced many problems and to overcome thesecoordination is needed by synergizing PUAP, Gapoktan, and Demapanprogram. Synergies and integrations of the programs cover several aspects, namely: (1) begins with the synergy of data, the election of program recipients village; (2) internal arrangement of institutional programs; (3) strengthening of infrastructure development with the goal ofaccelerated poverty reduction; and (4) anticipation of synergy implementation of the three programs in the field. By optimizing these four aspects, it is expected that acceleration of the development of agriculture and rural economy that lead to poverty alleviation can be realized. It is based on case studies that exist in some villages in the district of Grobogan.

      Abstract: Tourism nowadays has a vital role in the development and growth of the local economy. However, the development of tourism insfrastuktur regarded as one of one of the causes of environmental damage. Ampelgading Malang as the area has a wealth of natural and cultural treasures which wasbiasah, also have the potential for conversion to agro-ecotourism. Geographical location consisting of mountains and sloping ground into the unique potential for the implementation of agro-tourism village. The concept of agro-ecotourism could be an alternative in tourism development policies. The concept of agro-ecotourism links between natural wisdom, wisdom and social wisdom. The purpose of this research is to pegambilan policies in the context of development in the field of pariwasata to form regional economic independence. The method used in the agro-ecotourism concept uses a qualitative approach, with the aim of implementing the model village agro- based tourism and socio-cultural tourist farms. With models that have been formulated expected in the future the government can make pendomanpegambilan policy formulation and development in the field in order to establish economic independence pariwasata area.

      Abstract: Mulyoagung village of Malang is a semi-urban area is a destination for migrants bermukimnya. The increase in the volume of waste, especially domestic waste as a result of population increase can not be avoided. Garbage is not managed properly will harm the environment and humans. Waste problem that occurs in semi-urban area needs to be addressed through a sewage treatment facility. One attempt to address the problem of increasing the volume of waste in the village Mulyoagung done through the Integrated Waste Management (TPST). In addition to addressing the problems of garbage, TPST is also aimed at reducing poverty. This paper focuses on social change in communities around the village TPST Mulyoagung due to environmentally sound development through TPST. The method used is qualitative method with a naturalistic approach through interviews and observations. The results showed that people around TPSTthat previously did not work, now turned into workers TPST with a stable salary and able to meet their needs. But the existence of this TPST also had a negative impact of conflict between the parties TPST with local residents due to air polluted by garbage smell unpleasant.

      Abstract: Figures early marriage in Situbondo, especially in Sub Arjasa fairly high. The high rates of early marriage are backed by many factors, the most dominant cultural factors with proven already become hereditary. Early marriage can be defined as two people of the opposite sex who was a teenager in a family. Early marriage to the attention of many parties in view of the risks arising from early marriage is sex in young people, infectious diseases, and mental and emotional unstable that may be causing a conflict. This study used qualitative methods, namely descriptive analysis, in which the author wants to explain or describe some viewpoints about the wedding themselves, that is, from the standpoint of culture in Situbondo, Islamic religious viewpoint, and the viewpoint of the law of Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to describe as well as a consideration for the people who still impose early marriage without looking at other aspects. The result of this research is the prevention of early marriage is very important for people, especially for teenagers today. Besides beneficial to oneself, is also beneficial to avoid a negative view of society. Prevention of early marriage also want to form young people who are aware of education. Basically, getting married has become the family's privacy, or yourself. But in education, we are aware of what we should do. Society and youth in the prevention of early marriage is encouraged to have the awareness to improve human resources optimally through education.

      Abstract: This study aims to determine the role of teachers and students in the Swaliba pilot program, and determine the supporting factors and inhibiting Swaliba pilot program. Research conducted at SMPN 41 Semarang, the research subjects are teachers and students of SMPN 41 Semarang. used in this study. Data were collected through interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires, and analyzed using descriptive percentages. The results were obtained: (1) The teachers role in the environmentare at high criteria, in the disaster are at moderatecriteria; the students role in the environmentfield are at high criteria , while for the disaster fieldare in the low criteria. (2) Swaliba pilot program in SMP N 41 Semarang can be run for their supporting factors, like the active participation of all citizens of the school, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, a good cooperation with schools partner even if constrained by the curriculum implementation, monitoring and schools partner cooperation.

      Abstract: The background of this research is the fact that there are still many teachers used device learning without innovation so the critical thinking students' ability.  The purpose of this research to describe the validity and the effectiveness of device learning and to know difference in the critical thinking ability between the students who were taught used learning inquiry with the students who were taught in a talk method. This research was conducted using research and development with 4D model Thiagarajan (1974) with control group pretest-posttest design which produces device inquiry learning such as implementation learning, students' worksheet, and the result test which reflectif the critical thinking students' ability. The subject of this research were the students of four graders of Elementary School. The instrument used in this research were validation, implementation learning observation sheet, student activity sheet, and test. The validation results show device learning was 4.3 with very valid category. The learning implementation got a percentage of 88.5% which shows very good category, the students activity got a percentage of 87.97% which shows very good category and test got 80.16 > 75 which show increased. So, the development device learning can be taken effective. A difference in the critical thinking ability between the students who were taught used learning inquiry with the students who were taught in a talk method with T-Test got the significance was 0.031 < 0.05.
