  • ANALISIS KOSAKATA YANG MENUNJUKAN PROFESI DALAM BUKU AJAR BAHASA JEPANG
           YANG DIGUNAKAN DI UNNES

      Abstract: (ANALYSIS OF VOCABULARY THAT SHOWS A PROFESSION FROM JAPANESE LANGUAGE BOOKS THAT USED IN UNNES) The important things in sentences is vocabulary. Vocabulary in Japanese is called 語彙¯˜goi¯™.Goi means a collection or set of words related to Japanese. Based on its origin, goi is divided into three types, 1) 和語 'Wago', are words in original Japanese, 2) 漢語 'Kango', are words that comes from China, and 3) 外来語 'Gairaigo', is an absorption word that comes from a foreign language, or most of it is from English. In learning vocabulary in Japanese, one of the groups of vocabulary that is often used is professional vocabulary. However, in the textbooks the types of professions have not been classified and how the form of professional vocabulary that as well as their used. The data source of this research is the Japanese textbook that used in the Japanese Language Education Study Program Unnes. The data analysis technique used in this research is the agih method and the technique of dividing elements directly. Based on the results of the research, the author obtained the professional words in Japanese language textbooks used in Unnes as many as 29 professional words, the word is classified in 23 words of Kango and 6 words of Gairaigo. The total occurrence in the textbook is 68 times. The word 会社員 (kaishain) occurs most often, which is 11 times.The author gets the word profession classified as Kango, which in its form is characterized by the suffix, which is ~者 (sha), ~å“¡(in), ~士(shi), ~家(ka), ~手(syu), ~人(nin), ~事(ji). The author also gets the word profession belonging to Gairaigo based on the data which in its form is characterized by written using Katakana and a change in consonants or addition of vocals.   Abstrak Salah satu unsur penting dalam kalimat adalah kosakata. Kosakata dalam bahasa Jepang disebut 語彙¯˜goi¯™. Goi memiliki arti kumpulan atau himpunan kata yang berhubungan dengan bahasa Jepang. Berdasarkan asal usulnya, goi dibagi menjadi tiga macam yaitu, 1) 和語¯˜Wago¯™, merupakan kata-kata dalam bahasa Jepang asli, 2) 漢語¯˜Kango¯™, merupakan kata-kata yang dibaca secara onyomi dalam penulisan kanji, dan 3) 外来語¯˜Gairaigo¯™, merupakan kata-kata serapan yang berasal dari bahasa Asing, atau kebanyakan terdapat dari bahasa Inggris. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu buku ajar bahasa Jepang yang digunakan di Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang Unnes.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode agih dan teknik bagi unsur langsung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Penulis mendapatkan kata profesi dalam buku ajar bahasa Jepang yang digunakan di Unnes sebanyak 29 kata profesi, kata tersebut tergolong dalam 23 kata Kango dan 6 kata Gairaigo. Total kemunculan dalam buku ajar tersebut sebanyak 68 kali. Kata 会社員 (kaishain) paling sering muncul yaitu 11 kali. Penulis mendapatkan kata profesi yang tergolong Kango yang dalam pembentukannya ditandai dengan adanya sufiks yaitu ~者(sha), ~å“¡(in), ~士(shi), ~家(ka), ~手(syu), ~人(nin), ~事(ji). Penulis juga mendapatkan kata profesi yang tergolong dalam Gairaigo yang berdasarkan data tersebut dapat ditandai pula secara penulisan ditulis dengan menggunakan Katakana dan adanya perubahan konsonan atau penambahan vokal. © 2019Universitas Negeri Semarang

  • Teknik Scrambel Dalam Meningkatkan Penguasaan Kosakata Bahasa Jepang

      Abstract: _____________________________________________________________ At present there are many teaching techniques derived from games which are then applied in the field of teaching, one of which is the Scrambel technique. Through this game the students compete to compile the vocabulary of the letters that have been randomized. This study uses a type of quasi-experimental research. The research design used in this study was "One Groups Pretest-Posttest Design", namely the design of the study that had a pretest before being treated and posttest after being treated. But after using the Scrambel technique in the experimental class, the post test results were different. Based on the results of t-paired calculations obtained data results from t arithmetic = 0.002. Whereas for sig. t paired for N = 13 and degrees of freedom (db) N-1 = 12 is 0.05. That means that the results of t count are smaller than sig. t paired. Based on the results of these data, it can be concluded that the Scrambel technique is proven to improve mastery of Japanese vocabulary in 5th semester students of BSI Akpar Bandung. From these results it can be seen that the Scrambel technique can improve mastery of Japanese vocabulary so that it can be used as an alternative to vocabulary learning.   Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Saat ini banyak sekali teknik-teknik mengajar yang berasal dari permainan-permainan yang kemudian diterapkan dalam bidang pengajaran, salah satunya yaitu teknik Scrambel. Melalui permainan ini para mahasiswa berlomba untuk menyusun kosakata dari huruf-huruf yang telah diacak susunannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ¯œOne Groups Pretest-Posttest Design¯, yaitu desain penelitian yang terdapat pretest sebelum diberi perlakuan dan posttest setelah diberi perlakuan. Tetapi setelah menggunakan teknik Scrambel pada kelas eksperimen, hasil post test menjadi berbeda. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan t-paired diperoleh data hasil dari t hitung = 0,002. Sedangkan untuk sig. t paired untuk N = 13 dan derajat kebebasan (db) N-1 = 12 adalah 0,05. Hal itu berarti bahwa hasil dari t hitung lebih kecil daripada sig. t paired. Berdasarkan hasil data tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik Scrambel terbukti dapat meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Jepang mahasiswa semester 5 Akpar BSI Bandung. Dari hasil tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa teknik Scrambel dapat meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Jepang sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif pembelajaran kosakata.

  • ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN ADJEKTIVA NOMINATIF DALAM BAHASA JEPANG (Berdasarkan
           Data Sintaksis Corpus)

      Abstract: This study aims to identify nominative adjectives in Japanese that are difficult to categorize based on the occurred changes when these words are produced along with the other words. For non-native Japanese learners, this has become a challenging issue. The main reason is the adjective that was classified into two categories in accordance with their changes, i.e., i-adjectives and na-adjectives. These adjectives presented different forms of change that had a tendency of transforming into nouns when collaborating with other nouns. Not only did learners in elementary and secondary level face the difficulties, but also those in upper levels did. The data in this study focused on adjectives with a high frequency of use that were collected from "Gendai Nihongo Kakikotoba Kinko Koopasu". The data was analyzed based on the use of adjectives in sentences taken from the corpus data, which underwent different forms of changes. The results of this study indicated that there were many adjectives that underwent different forms of changes and could be classified into multiple word classes.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mngidentifikasi kata sifat-kata sifat yang bersifat nominatif dalam bahasa Jepang yang sulit dikategorikan berdasarkan perubahan saat berhadapan dengan kata lain. Bagi pembelajar bahasa Jepang non-native speaker, hal seperti ini merupakan permasalahan yang dirasa sulit. Alasannya adalah karena kata sifat yang menurut perubahannya diklasifikasikan menjadi dua yakni kata sifat -i dan kata sifat -na, mengalami perubahan yang tidak seragam dan cenderung menjadi nomina saat dihadapkan dengan nomina. Tidak hanya pada pembelajar tingkat dasar dan menengah, pembelajar tingkat atas pun mengalami kesulitan. Pada penelitian ini, data akan difokuskan pada kata sifat dengan frekuensi pemakaian yang tinggi dan dikumpukan dari ¯œGendai Nihongo Kakikotoba Kinko Koopasu¯. Proses analisis data dilihat dari penggunaan kata sifat dalam kalimat diambil dari data corpus, yang mengalami perubahan tidak seragam. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan banyak kata sifat yang mengalami perubahan tidak seeragam dan dapat diklasifikasikan ke dalam kelas kata ganda.

      Abstract: Universitas Negeri Semarang mencanangkan nilai karakter yang harus dikembangkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Salah satunya adalah nilai humanisme. Nilai karakter tersebut perlu dimasukkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Dalam studi ini penulis mencoba untuk menginternalisasikan nilai humanisme ini dalam pembelajaran sakubun (menulis), karena melalui menulis, mahasiswa dapat menuangkan ide dan kreativitasnya. Diharapkan studi ini dapat memberikan gambaran  mengenai pengajaran menulis (sakubun) yang bermuatan nilai humanis. Hasil yang diperoleh yakni sample dapat menulis sebuah karangan yang bertema humanisme, namun kegiatan latihan menulis ini masih perlu dikembangkan lagi dalam bentuk latihan menulis yang lebih sering. Agar mahasiswa terbiasa.   Kata kunci: sakubun, humanisme                  Universitas Negeri Semarang proclaims character values ¯‹¯‹that must be developed in learning activities. One of them is the value of humanism. These character values ¯‹¯‹need to be included in learning activities. In this study, the author tries to internalize the value of humanism in sakubun learning (writing), because through writing, students can express their ideas and creativity. It is hoped that this study can provide an overview of teaching writing (sakubun) which contains humanist values. The results obtained that the sample can write an essay with theme of humanism quite well, but this writing exercise activity still needs to be developed in the form of more frequent writing exercises.   • YAKUWARIGO DALAM WEBSITE PEMBELAJARAN ONLINE ¯œANIME/MANGA NO

      Abstract: On this research, we analyse yakuwrigo on online learning that focus on one of the online learning called `anime/manga no Nihongo` or `Japanese in anime & manga`. This Japanese online learning is made by The Japan Foudnation as a support to the Japanese language education as a second language. Yakuwarigo or we called as language role is a language use in a virtual world for example in anime, drama, comics and others. This time we analyse yakuwarigo focused on online learning material with anime and manga. As a research method, we analyse the use of yakuwarigo and it`s relation between `character expression` and `expression by scene`. The result shows that the expression used in the introduction of character before was not match with the expression occurs in `expression by scene` in manga   Penelitian ini membahas tentang yakuwarigo dalam pembelajaran online yang berfokus kepada salah satu website pembelajaran online yang bernama ¯œanime/manga no nihongo¯ atau ¯œJapanese in Anime & Manga¯. Website pembelajaran ini adalah website yang dibuat oleh The Japan Foundation sebagai support dalam pendidikan bahasa Jepang untuk pembelajar bahasa kedua. Yakuwarigo atau bisa dikatakan sebagai bahasa peran adalah bahasa yang terdapat dalam dunia virtual seperti anime, drama, komik dan lainnya. Kali ini penulis membahas tentang yakuwarigo di dalam pembelajaran online yang berfokus pada anime dan manga. Adapun metode penelitiannya adalah menganalisa bagaimana penggunaan yakuwarigo (ungkapan, kosakata, karakteristik karakter dll), dan bagaimana keterkaitan antara `character expression` dan `expression by scene. Hasil penelitianny adalah terdapat ketidak sesuaian antara `character expressions` yang diperkenalkan sebelumnya dengan karakter yang muncul dalam manga di `expressions by scene`. Ungkapan-ungkapan yang digunakan pada bagian perkenalan dengan ungkapan yang digunakan para karakter di dalam manga tidak sesuai. © 2019 Universitas Negeri Semarang

  • EFEKTIFITAS METODE COOPERATIVE LEARNING TEKNIK RECIPROCAL TEACHING DALAM

      Abstract: This research discusses about the effectiveness of the Cooperative Learning Method Reciprocal Teaching techniques in write essays (Sakubun) learning. The purpose of this research was to find out about the write ability from UPI Japanese Education third-year students before and after using the Cooperative Learning method Reciprocal Teaching technique, to find out whether there were significant differences between the use of Cooperative Learning methods Reciprocal Teaching and drill / training methods in write essays write essays (Sakubun) learning at UPI Japanese Education third-year students and to find out the responses and impressions of UPI Japanese Education third-year students towards the use of Cooperative Learning methods in Reciprocal Teaching techniques in write essays (Sakubun) learning. In this research used the experimental method using randomized control group pre-test post-test design. To obtain data, the instruments used were in the form of written tests and questionnaires. While the samples in this research were UPI Japanese Education third-year students with a total of 50 people consisting of 25 people for the experimental class and 25 people for the control class. From the results of data analysis, it can be seen that there is a significant difference between the ability to compose students in the experimental class and the control class. In other words, the Cooperative Learning Method Reciprocal Teaching techniques is effective in increasing the student write ability. In addition, the results of the questionnaire analysis showed that the majority of students had a positive opinion on the Cooperative Learning Method Reciprocal Teaching technique which made it easier for students to write essays (Sakubun   Penelitian ini membahas tentang efektifitas metode Cooperative Learning teknik Reciprocal Teaching dalam pembelajaran Sakubun. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan mengarang mahasiswa tingkat III JPBJ FPBS UPI sebelum dan setelah menggunakan metode Cooperative Learning teknik Reciprocal Teaching, untuk mengetahui adakah perbedaan yang signifikan antara penggunaan metode Cooperative Learning teknik Reciprocal Teaching dengan metode drill/latihan dalam pembelajaran Sakubun pada mahasiswa tingkat III JPBJ FPBS UPI dan untuk mengetahui respon dan kesan mahasiswa tingkat III JPBJ FPBS UPI terhadap penggunaan metode Cooperative Learning teknik Reciprocal Teaching dalam pembelajaran Sakubun. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan randomized control group pre-test post-test design. Untuk memperoleh data, instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes tertulis dan angket. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat III JPBJ FPBS UPI dengan jumlah 50 orang yang terdiri dari 25 orang untuk kelas eksperimen dan 25 orang untuk kelas kontrol. Dari hasil analisis data, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan mengarang mahasiswa pada kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol. Dengan kata lain, metode Cooperative Learning teknik Reciprocal Teaching efektif terhadap meningkatkan kemampuan mengarang mahasiswa pada pembelajaran Sakubun. Selain itu, hasil analisis angket menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa berpendapat positif terhadap metode Cooperative Learning teknik Reciprocal Teaching yaitu mempermudah mahasiswa dalam menulis karangan (Sakubun).     © 2019 Universitas Negeri Semarang

      Abstract: Reading is one of the four language skills, with the ability of reading, hopefully the language learners especially the Japanese language learners, the 6th semester student of Japanese Literature Department, Faculty of Letters, Udayana University can understand the text well what is implied as well which is expressed in the text then the purpose is reached. There is the test is held to require whether the student can understand the text. The reading evaluation is really important to measurement the level of the Japanese learner ability in understanding the materials that has been given in the classroom then the main goal can be achieved well. The level of reading ability consists of the level of memorizing, level of understanding, level of application, level of analysis, level of synthesis and level of evaluation.The problems examined evaluation in teaching Jokyuu Dokkai with using the form test of reading ability in 6th semester Jokyuu Dokkai courses, how using the reading ability level in 6th semester Jokyuu Dokkai courses and how using the Penilaian Acuan Patokan (PAP) or the benchmark reference assessment applied in 6th semester Jokyuu Dokkai courses and and how reading ability test results in 6th semester Jokyuu Dokkai courses.The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. The data sources used in this study are all the students of A class and B class of 6th semester in Jokyuu Dokkai courses, Japanese Literature Department, Faculty of Letters, Udayana University. The data used in this study is the reading question and student questionnaire results. The result of the analysis is using the triangulation technique. Triangulation Patton (in Lexy J. Moleong, 2012: 330), there are two strategies for measuring the validity of data, the first is by checking the degree of confidence in the data obtained from the data technique and the second is by checking the information from the data in the same way

      Abstract: (Developing Interactional competence in A Japanese Study Abroad Context) is a book focusing on second language learning acquisition by Naoko Taguchi. It is a study describing the process of second language acquisition which focuses on the development of interactional competence in a Japanese ã‚›study abroadã‚› context. The book contains nine chapters, which explain the introduction of the study, the method, speech style and style shift in language learning; how incomplete sentences in the Japanese language are produced; and the case histories in the study abroad experience. This book is a qualitative study of learners studying abroad in Japan and explains changes in their interactional competence, such as change in the use of speech styles, style shifting between the polite and plain forms, and the function of incomplete sentences. This function is one of the main characteristics of the Japanese language. The main goal of this book is to enable researchers such as postgraduate students to learn more about second language acquisition and to assist learners in becoming competent L2 speakers in the target community   Book review kali ini membahas buku yang berkaitan dengan Akuisisi pembelajar bahasa Kedua denga judul `Developing Interactional Competence in a Japanese Study Abroad Context` oleh Naoko taguchi. Di dalam buku ini membahas tentang proses akuisis bahasa kedua yang memfokuskan pada pembelajaran studi di luar negeri untuk membangun kompetensi interaksional bahasa Jepang. Buku ini terdiri dari Sembilan bab yang menjelaskan tentang pengantar mengenai penelitian kali ini, metode penelitian, speech style dan style shif dalam pembelajaran bahasa, bagaimana kalimat tidak lengkap terbentuk dalam bahasa Jepang dan deksriptif kualitatif mengenai studi kasus pengalaman studi di luar negeri. Buku ini termasuk kedalam penelitian kualitatif pembelajar bahasa Jepang di Jepang yang melakukan studi lanjut dan menjelaskan bagaimana perubahan dalam kompetensi interaksional mereka, seperti perubahan penggunaan dalam speech style dan style shifting antara bentuk polite dan bentuk normal. Dan bagaiman fungsi-fungsi dari kalimat-kalimat tidak utuh. Tujuan utama dari buku ini adalah memungkinkan bagi para peneliti seperti mahasiswa pasca sarjana dan peneliti pemula untuk belajar mengenai akuisisi bahasa kedua dan membantu para pembelajar menjadi kompeten sebagai Penutur bahasa kedua di komunitas target dalam hal ini di Jepang.
