  • NILAI MORAL DALAM FILM FABULOUS UDIN BERDASARKAN PERSPEKTIF SOSIOLOGI

      Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze what the shape of morality value, what the causal factor of morality value, and what the impact of of morality value described in Fabulous Udin film. This study is qualitative study. The technique of data collection is watching and noting. The technique of data validation is increasing perseverance, applying triangulation, and discussing with experts. The technique of data analysis is Miles and Huberman model. The result of this study is: 1) the shape of morality value described in Fabulous Udin film is give the one motivation, trying to keep a friendship, having a simple way of life or positive, and demulcenting people’s mind load;  2) the causal factor of morality value described in Fabulous Udin film is: a) it’s necessary to assure people to act good thing; b) it’s needed to be a sensitive, stiff, and calm person; c) every single action has their own consequence; d) human is a social creature; and 3) the impact of of morality value described in Fabulous Udin film is a) the society well-understand the meaning and purpose of careness and help; b) the society is more care about people’s problem; and c)the society is wiser to take a decision.

      Abstract: The study aims to describe 1) the academic interaction and 2) communication form between the students and their academic lecturers of the Study Program of Indonesian Language Education, Faculty of Trainer and Training Education, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. It employed a descriptive-qualitative approach. The data collection used the techniques of in-depth interview, observation, and documentation. The data sources were obtained from the the students and their lecturers. The data were the academic interaction and communication forms. The data validity applied a data or source triangulation. The data analysis employed an interactive model: data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of the study show that the academic interaction and communication form consist of informative, persuasive, and argumentative verbal. Furthermore, the forms are in a one-way, two-way, and multiple-way communications.

  • PENGGUNAAN MAJAS DALAM PUISI SISWA KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 3 KOTO XI TARUSAN
           KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN

      Abstract: This research has purpose to get description about use of majas in poetry of student of class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Koto XI Tarusan. This research is type of qualitative research using content analysis method. The data in this study is a collection of poems written by students of class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Koto XI Tarusan, while the focus of research is the utilization of the majas contained in the poem. Data collection is done by inventorying all poems written by students. Furthermore, the data were analyzed according to the content analysis method and studied based on the theory of the masters used. Based on the results of the discussion can be concluded that the majas used in the student's poetry among them; (1) Parable, (2) hyperbole, (3) repetition, (4) personification, (5) metaphors, (6) ellipsis, and (7) allegory. Majus found in total amounted to 73 majas. For the dominant masters used in student poems the personification majas, amounting to 25 types of usage of 73 types of the found masters.

      Abstract: Using advertising as a persusif medium is a relative effective way to convey informations. Tells reader how ads or advertisement of speech may also affect consumer, this making consumer interested in buying the products offered. This study aimed to describe the type-the type of speech act ilukusi ads Harau FM radio trade in the period Februari-April 2015. This is a type of qualitative research by using descriptive method. Method and techniques of data colletions is done by methode refer. Research listened then record trade advertising in Harau FM radio. Intrument is the researcher’s own research and assisted with phone or mobile phone to record a trade ad in Harau FM radio. Methods and techniques of data analysis is by using unified method, this method uses aggregated pragmatic power engineering. Analyzing is done through a procedure, thorough the tabulation, the table used adjusted to focus research problem, deepening used to obtain a more focused overview accordance with the problem. Based on analysis of data 21 utterances ads are ads Harau trade in FM radio. Assertive illocutionary speech acts found in 21 data consists of 10 acts assertive told, 10 acts assertive asserted, and the fist follow-assertive suspect. From 13 directive speech acts. Found 5 acts directive shout , 6 follow the directive requested, and two follow-directive forbids. From 17 commissive speech act, found 9 acts commissive propose, and 8 follow commisive offer, and 1 follow-commisive promised. From 8 declarative speech act. Found 1 acts declarative decided, and 3 follow declarative sentense. From 8 speech acts expressive, expressive acts complained discovered 2, 3 acts of expressive angry, 3 actsadvertising trade FM radio Harau the period February-April 2015 more predominant use of assertive illocutionary speech act.

      Abstract: Textbooks that support learning Creative Critical Reading courses are still very minimal. It certainly affects the ability of students to understand reading skills. Students have limited ability to understand the theory due to the limitations of reverence. One effort that can be done is to develop textbooks. Textbooks should be able to motivate students. One effort that can be done is by developing ARCS-based teaching book (Attention, Relevance, Convidence, Satisfaction). This article aims to comply with ARCS-based teaching-learning techniques. Creation of Creative Critical Reading books with ARCS contains four components: awakening and attention to students' attention during learning (Attention), using subject matter that is relevant to the student's life (Relevance), instilling confidence, and cultivating a sense of satisfaction on students to learning (Satisfaction). The expected result in this research is the creation of ARCS-based critical and creative reading book (Attention, Relevance, Convidence, Satisfaction) for Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program students.

      Abstract: This research aims to know the influence of the method of discussion-based mind mapping to learning outcomes of Semantics. Discussion and  mind mapping involves the right brain and left, as well as a focus on learning styles of students.  This study is about Praeksperimental Design Static Group Comparison. The population in this study was all student who became grade of 2013 amounthed to 68 people.  The test results are then analyzed by t-test. The result indicated that experimental classes have an average score of 66, while the control class has an average score of 44. T and t count comparison table of experimental groups showed that t count (6.708) > t table (3.21). T and t count comparison table the control group suggests that t count (6.713) > t table (0.678). The results of the Sig (2-tailed) any two groups indicating that the Sig (2-tailed) confidence level < (0.025). Those results indicated was Ho denied and Ha received, which means the discussion using mind mapping the positive effect to the learning outcomes of Semantics.

      Abstract: This research were aims to describe the things as follows. First, the ability to write a short story text students of class VII SMP Negeri 12 Padang taught by using cooperative approach Numbered Head Together type. Second, the ability to write short story text students of class VII SMP Negeri 12 Padang taught by using cooperative approach Think Pair Share type. Third, the difference in ability to write short story text students of class VII SMP Negeri 12 Padang taught by cooperative approach Numbered Head Together and Think Pair Share type. This research was quantitative with descriptive method of quasi experimental research design. Sampling was done by using simple random sampling technique. In this research, class VII.3 was assigned as experiment class I which amounted to 32 students and VII.5 as experiment class II which amounted to 30 students. Data collected by using performance test writing short story text. The results of this study are as follows. First, the ability to write a short story text students of class VII SMP Negeri 12 Padang taught by using cooperative approach Numbered Head Together type was 89,58. Second, the ability to write short story text students of class VII SMP Negeri 12 Padang taught by using cooperative approach Think Pair Share type was 81,48. Third, there was a significant difference in ability to write short story text of students in class VII SMP Negeri 12 Padang taught by cooperative approach Numbered Head Together and Think Pair Share type.

  • KEEFEKTIFAN MEDIA LAPTOP SI UNYIL DALAM PEMBELAJARAN TEKS PROSEDUR
           KOMPLEKS

      Abstract: Creative educators are educators who are able to utilize the media around as a means of learning. One of the television shows that can be utilized as a complex text learning media is a show of Laptop Si Unyil. The impression is about the process of making something or the use of the tool described in a coherent manner. Based on the results of experiments on students PBSI, FKIP, UAD, this show is able to provide better learning outcomes to the group taught by using media Si Unyil Laptop. It can be proved by t-test among groups. Based on posttest data of experimental group and control group obtained t count equal to -2,575 with indigo df equal to 43 and value p = 0,012 at significance level 0,05 (5%). The p value <from the significance level is 0.05 (0.012 <0.05). Impressions Siy Unyil laptop is able to provide effectiveness in learning the text of complex procedures on students PBSI, FKIP, UAD who are following the lecture of Indonesian Language. This is evidenced from the calculation of t-test data pretest and posttest in the experimental group obtained the result that the value of t arithmetic -3.924 denagan value df 42 and significance 0.000. Result of t-test of pretest and posttest data in experiment group obtained p value smaller than significance level 0,05 (0,000 <0,05).

  • MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PROJEK DALAM MEMPRODUKSI TEKS CERPEN DI SMA

      Abstract: Based on a preliminary study conducted in some high schools, most of the students experienced difficulties in writing their ideas in the form of short stories. This research, therefore, aimed at assisting students and teachers in producing short stories. The proposed solution is applying an instructional model based on projects. This research used quasi-experimental research method using non-equivalent control group design. This study took 60 students randomly as the sample from 385 students. The result shows that the mean of the experiment class was 91.43%, which was categorized as very good. The project-based instructional model was also effective based on a t-test calculation with its score of 7.45 >2.04.
