  • ANALISIS BEBAN KERJA UNTUK MENENTUKAN JUMLAH KARYAWAN OPTIMAL PADA BAGIAN
           OPERASI SARANA PENYELENGGARAAN DIKLAT KILANG PPSDM MIGAS

      Abstract: PPSDM Migas is a company engaged in oil and gas. One factor that must be considered by the company is the distribution of workload to employees so that the effectiveness and efficiency of employees can be reached. The fact in the field, PPSDM Migas has just transferred its employees to PPSDM Jakarta, so there is a discrepancy between workload and number of employees. To overcome the problem of measuring workloads in PPSDM  Migas, this study uses a task per task approach.  This method will provide information about the allocation of employee human resources to complete the existing workload optimally. Based on the results of the workload measurement on PPSDM  Migas using the task per task approach it can be concluded that from the two positions as a pilot project there was one position which resulted in a mismatch between the workload and the number of office holders, namely 4 Tank employees and  Distribution  but  from  the calculation  results  it  takes  7  employees.  The position of Executor of Distillation Operations has the number of employees as many as 2 employees and from the results of the calculation required 2  employees, this shows the suitability between the number of employees and the workload on the position.  Based on the results of calculations from both positions, the position of Implementing Distillation Operations is included in the category of sufficient office efficiency. Whereas in the position of Implementing Tank and Distribution Installation get the medium category.

  • PENINGKATAN PRODUKTIVITAS MELALUI UPAYA ENVIROMENTAL RISK ANALYSIS UNTUK
           MENDUKUNG PELAKSANAAN GREEN PRODUCTIVITY

      Abstract: PG XYZ as one of the sugar industries that have the potential for waste pollution needs to make improvements both in the production process and in the management of its environment. With various existing waste conditions such as in industrial wastewater. Therefore, a systematic application is needed to minimize the possibility of environmental risks. so that identification, assessment and analysis of environmental risk based on the concept of environmental risk management using qualitative methods, semi-quantitative methods and the significance of aspects. followed by EPI calculation to support the implementation of green productivity. the objectives of this study are to identify and analyze environmental risks in the sugar processing industry wastewater based on the concept of environmental risk management. Evaluate the factors that influence the productivity of environmental performance to support the implementation of green productivity. The result of this study is that installation of wastewater treatment has a low risk with a total risk value of 77 which means that management is carried out by routine procedures. Whereas the results of the environmental risk assessment of production activities which have the most environmental impact are turbine oil lubrication at the boiler station with a score of 1701, at the "blotong" process purification station with a score of 729. Factors that influence environmental performance productivity are the performance of the boiler station and oil from the turbine steam that is carried into liquid waste. EPI index measurement results have a positive value of 35.24%, this indicates that the environmental performance of the sugar mills studied is good enough.

      Abstract: Determination of inventory of raw materials and components is needed to support the smoothness of the production process. Inventory management is done, in order to determine optimum inventory level, order lot size and reorder time that can minimize total inventory cost. This research applies some method in dynamic deterministic inventory model by comparing those method based on the lowest inventory total cost. This model solved basic inventory management problems, which are; the amount of goods to be ordered for each time the order made , when the order need to be made (r) and safety stock level. Based on this research, it is known that company may decrease its inventory cost by implementing suggested inventory method

  • PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PRODUKSI PELAT DINDING DAN ATAP INSULATED PANEL
           SYSTEM PENERAPAN METODE SIX SIGMA DENGAN KONSEP DMAIC

      Abstract: This research aims to identify, measure, and analyze process production of EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) Sandwich Panel produced by PT. BI. It also gave recommendation to improve the process production for increasing product quality. This products produced by PT. BI is still have high defects so that it need improvement  to decrease defect product. The approach used to solve this problem is Six Sigma method based on the stages of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control). Identification for defect product consists of defects occurred in the process bending plate, gluing, press roll pressing and cutting. The results of previous research obtained DPMO (Defect Per Million Opportunities) value is 6500 and sigma level is 3.98. It has not reached the expected target of 6 sigma. Analysis using fishbone diagram and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) show that there is need for corrective action to improve company's performance. Proposed quality improvement is conducted by installing plastic roll (laminating coating) and replacing broken roll press. The result of proposed improvement shows DPMO value is 3227 and the sigma level is 4.22.

      Abstract: PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Unit Lampung is a company engaged in the field of animal feed with two types of products, namely pellet and crumble. The real condition that often occurs in this company is that there is a final product that has problems in animal feed that is not in accordance with predetermined quality standards. The purpose of this study is to analyze failures that cause product defects by using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method, getting the risk of the biggest production process failure in the RPN (Risk Priority Number) value, and proposing improvements for subsequent production. The method used in this study uses statistical tools in the form of check sheets, p control maps and Cause Failure Mode Effect (CMFE) analysis. The results of the control chart analysis show that chicken feed is within the control limit, and the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) value is the filter with a value of 100 RPN so that the pellet can pass the final stage. To overcome this problem, the proposed improvement is to add a filter to the crumble machine and then carry out routine maintenance and inspection.

  • RANCANG BANGUN IPAL (INSTALASI PENGOLAHAN AIR LIMBAH) PORTABLE UNTUK SKALA
           IKM DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE TAGUCHI

      Abstract: Berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah  Kota Pontianak No 2 Tahun 2013 disebutkan bahwa Intalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL) termasuk dalam rencana tata ruang kota Pontianak jangka panjang. Hal ini mengindikasi baik industri besar maupun kecil wajib memiliki IPAL yang sesuai dengan baku mutu yang telah ditetapkan. Namun, berdasarkan data Badan Lingkungan Hidup (BLH) 2017, tingkat pengelolaan IPAL IKM masih dibawah 50% dari total IKM yang ada. Hal ini dikarenakan biaya dalam pengadaan IPAL yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang bangun IPAL yang bersifat portable dan dapat dijangkau oleh industri kecil dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen  taguchi. Langkah-langkah penelitiannya dimulai dengan rancang body IPAL, kemudian eksperimen taguchi untuk menentukan media filter (Zeolit:Arang Aktif), Ketebalan Dacron, ketebalan ijuk dan jumlah plat (Kuat arus 10 A). Eksperimen taguchi dilakukan menggunakan orthogonal array L9(34). Berdasarkan eksperimen taguchi yang dilakukan menggunakan karakteristik kualitas yang dituju yakni  smaller the better diperoleh hasil kombinasi perbandingan zeolit dan arang aktif sebesar 70:30  dengan jumlah plat sebanyak 4  plat. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa kombinasi optimal faktor-faktor tersebut dapat meningkatkan optimalisasi dari kerja IPAL portable.

  • PENDEKATAN SIX SIGMA UNTUK MENGURANGI PRODUK CACAT PADA PRODUKSI BOTOL DI
           CV XYZ

      Abstract: CV. XYZ is a company engaged in consumer goods. In the production process, this company is still experiencing many problems. One of the problems faced is that there are still many defective products produced. This study aims to identify the causes of defective products, and provide proposed suggestions to minimize the defective products. The method used in this study is Six Sigma. Six Sigma is a statistical concept that measures a process related to disability at level six sigma which is only 3.4 defects of a million opportunities. From the data and the results of observations with the Six Sigma approach, Critical to Quality that occurs includes dirty bottles, cracks, gaps, ruptures and rejects. Disability occurs in the washing process with a percentage of disability of 0.41% with a value of sigma 4.65. The results of this study indicate that the main causes of defects that occur in the bottle washing process are inaccurate checking of goods, lack of training for employees, less ergonomic work positions and work environment, also there still no SOPs in the production process.

  • PENERAPAN MODEL IS-DEMATEL DALAM ANALISIS KUALITAS LAYANAN RESTORAN
           SOLARIA DI JAKARTA TIMUR

      Abstract: The restaurant business has grown rapidly over time. To be able to compete with other restaurants, restaurant management must improve service quality so that customers can satisfied and loyal. This study aims to measure customer satisfaction toward the services quality of Solaria restaurant by using the integration model of the Importance-Satisfaction Model (IS) and Laboratory Decision Making and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL). The IS model is used to classify service quality attributes that must be prioritized for improvement, while DEMATEL is used to understand the relationships between attributes that must be improved. The IS  diagram shows that there are 3 attributes in the first quadrant, 4 attributes in the second quadrant, 8 attributes in the third quadrant, and 3 attributes in the fourth quadrant. The service attributes are then further analyzed in the DEMATEL model. From the results of the IS-DEMATEL model, it is obtained the priority sequence that needs to be improved by the restaurant. The main priority for repairs is a clean dining room, while the last priority is an interesting food menu.

  • Optimasi Model Pengiriman Bantuan Bencana Gempa Bumi di BPBD Kabupaten
           Bantul

      Abstract: Bantul regency had experienced of the disasters caused by the earthquake occurred in Bantul in 2006, where 4121 residents of Bantul region was died, thousands buildings was collapsed and many damage many places. This paper develop a model of earthquake demage and analyzes distributing humanitarian aid from BPBD Bantul to each warehouse distributor in each districts that classified as Vehicle Routing Problem With Time Window (VRPTW). This solution model is developed using Linear Programming and The Nearest Neighbors Algorithm s Algorithm. Goal of those methods are expected to get distribution solution more fast and efficient. Based on modeling result using scenario of refugee number 80% from population in very vulnerable area, 60% in vulnerable area, and 40% in less vulnerable area obtained mathematical model of allocation distribution done by optimization with Linear Programming, which obtained distribution allocation solution using 16 medium trucks and 4 heavy trucks only need 3 days.

  • RANCANG BANGUN ALAT PANJAT UNTUK PENDERES NIRA KELAPA DI KABUPATEN

      Abstract: Coconut sugar is one of the leading commodities in Banyumas City, coconut sugar and it is derivative processing can make a high contribution to the development of the local economy of the community. This can be seen from the history of the production of coconut sugar whose trend is always increasing, in 2013 the production of coconut sugar was 206,026 tons / day, in 2014 it increased to 240 tons / day and in 2015 the production reached 250 tons / day. This study aims to find an area of improvement for the design of tree climbing aids that are in line with the expectations of the nira hikers in the Cilongok Banyumas City. In carrying out their work, the loudspeakers did not have much safety equipment, in a day, the loudspeakers had to climb 40 trees from morning to evening. The average height of each coconut tree that is climbed is around 20 until 30 meters. This study aims to design coconut climbing aids for the nira hardener with a quality function deployment (QFD) approach. In the process of retrieving data, the researcher identifies the desires of consumers, a questionnaire that has been determined and contains attributes in accordance with the quality plan that has been determined in the framework of the thought distributed to the subject. The way to find out the user anthropometry data is by measuring height, body dimensions, age, weight and length of work, so that we can obtain a reference for designing coconut tree climbing aids that are in accordance with the expectations of the palm fruit pusher.
