  • Model Bimbingan Kelompok Berbasis Rukun Iman untuk Mencegah Kenakalan
           Remaja

      Abstract: This study was conducted based on empirical findings that indicate that the level of tendency of juvenile delinquency in grade X students SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak academic year 2016/2017 is in the low category, for that need maintenance and prevention so as not to lead to the tendency of higher delinquency. This study aims to produce a model based guidance group based on faith to prevent juvenile delinquency. The results of this study indicate that the guiding model of faith-based groups is effective to prevent juvenile delinquency. The fact of the hypothesis test shows that all indicators of juvenile delinquency tendency have decreased significantly after getting intervention of guidance group based on rukun faith. The results of data processing showed that all indicators of juvenile delinquency tendency obtained a value of significance or probability value <0.05. Thus the null hypothesis (Ho) is declared rejected so that it can be interpreted there are differences in the average tendency of juvenile delinquency before and after the intervention.

      Abstract: This research goal to improve the understanding of student prosocial behavior. Research sample as many as 30 students were taken by purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection in this study through direct observation and the use of psychological scale to determine student understanding of prosocial behavior. This research into the category of qualitative approach, precisely Action Research Guidance and Counseling. Results of Action Research Guidance and Counseling is known there is an increased understanding of prosocial behavior as much as 85% after being given the information service using the blog medium. Outcomes of this study is the first: the solution to improve the understanding of prosocial behavior, both: scientific publications in local journals with the
      ISSN , and a third enrichment teaching materials gave the role of counselor in the ministry.

  • Hubungan Kemenarikan Interpersonal Konselor dan Motivasi Siswa SMA Negeri
           dalam Mengikuti Bimbingan Kelompok di Kota Malang

      Abstract: Interpersonal attractiveness of counselor is an attraction that is owned by a counselor because of the positive impression attached to him, it is important to generate side motivation in receiving group guidance services. This study aims to determine the relationship of interpersonal attractiveness of counselor and student motivation in following group guidance. This research was conducted in Senior High School in Malang. This study included descriptive-correlational and using multi-stage cluster random sampling technique. As a result, there is a positive and significant correlation between the interpersonal attractiveness of the counselor and the motivation of high school students in following group guidance with (r = 0.622) and (p = 0,000 <0.05)

  • Self Regulated Learning Siswa Ditingkatkan Melalui Layanan Bimbingan
           Kelompok

      Abstract: The purpose of this study are, to know the results of the implementation of group guidance services to improve of self regulated learning grade class VII.1 Junior High School (SMPN) 1 Metro, group guidance services can to improve self regulated learning class VII.1 Junior High School (SMPN) 1 Metro. The study design using action research. Subjects in this study, researchers took VII.1 grade students of SMPN 1 Metro. With a sampel of 10 students from 30 students. The method used in collecting data by observation and field notes. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. The results of this study, it can be concluded that the results obtained through the implementation of group guidance to improve self regulated learning student. Increased self regulated learning learners in cycle I seen from the average percentage of 27.2% and in the second cycle of 75%, resulting in an increase in self regulated learning of 47.8%. Impact of the changes to learn and the ability of learners to understand the subject matter included planning, self monitoring, and  self reflection/ evaluation in learning. Through group guidance services provided by the counseling teachers can improve learners' self-regulated learning VII.1 grade SMPN 1 Metro. The results showed that group guidance services can improve self-regulated learning in students. This research is directed to teachers of guidance and counseling in schools in order to use this group guidance services as one of the efforts to improve the self-learning of students.

  • Layanan Bimbingan Belajar untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Berprestasi pada
           Siswa Underachieving Gifted

      Abstract: This research is based on the phenomenon that occurs in the field that is about achievement motivation that less on underachieving gifted students. This is evident from the low achievement of learning, and not the spirit in the learning process. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of tutoring services in improving student achievement motivation underachieving gifted SMA Negeri 4 Bandung. This research uses quantitative approach with experimental method with pre-experimental research design. The measurement technique is carried out before and after being given a tutoring service. Data collection through questionnaire achievement motivation, while the sample taken by purposive. The results showed that the guidance services can improve student achievement motivation underachieving gifted. The increasing motivation of underachieving gifted students' achievement is seen from the average score of underachieving gifted students after being given study guidance service has increased significantly, all aspects have increased. In the aspect of liking tasks that have medium / medium difficulty, likes to receive feedback, diligent and persistent to the task related to progress has increased as much as 6%. This research is recommended to teachers guidance and counseling in schools in order to use this tutoring service as one of the efforts to improve achievement motivation in students, as well as for subsequent researchers to increase the duration and consider the condition of students at the time of implementation of tutoring services.

  • Keterampilan Komunikasi dan Agresifitas Siswa

      Abstract: This study aims to determine the correlation between communication skills with aggressiveness and how effective contribution of communication ability to aggressiveness in students of SMA Negeri 4 Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of correlation research. This study was conducted in SMA N 4 Yogyakarta with a sample of 70 students and data collection in this study using the scale of Aggressiveness and Scale of Communication Skills. The results showed that communication skills have an influence on aggressiveness in accordance with statistical data. Statistical test of Communication Skill variable got t arithmetic equal to 2,848 with significance 0,006. Because t counts larger t table (2.848> 2,007) or significance t <of 5% (0.006 <0.05) ,. Partially Communication Skills significantly influence aggressiveness. The results of this study are useful for guidance and counseling teachers to help students improve their communication skills and student aggressiveness.

      Abstract: This study motivated their learning motivation often decreased due to; They have to follow different school rules, they just hang out with their male friends, they will be sanctioned if they make mistakes, lack the motivation to perform best because of the homogeneity of the students in school, the lack of time to get along with the family and you. This research aims to know relation of religiosity and happiness with learning motivation at santri in MA mu'allimin Yogyakarta, religiosity relationship with motivation to learn at santri at MA Mu'allimin Yogyakarta, happiness relationship with motivation to learn at santri at MA Mu'allimin Yogyakarta. The method used is quantitative research method. The subject of this research is santri MA Mu'allimin Yogyakarta academic year 2014-2015. Data collection techniques are with the scale of learning motivation, religiosity and happiness. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression, using the help of SPSS 19.0 for windows. The results of this study: the relationship of religiosity and happiness to the motivation of learning, a significant relationship between religiosity with learning motivation, and the relationship between happiness with learning motivation.

      Abstract: This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of counseling services group SMA Srijaya State Palembang, Generate a model of counseling group with the techniques of psychodrama untu increase the confidence of students and Determine the effectiveness of the service model of counseling groups using psychodrama in increasing confidence State Srijaya high school students. This hypothetical model using this research method reseach and development (RnD). Produce group counseling model development using psychodrama techniques to increase the confidence of students. Generated model of group counseling using psychodrama techniques to increase the confidence of students who teridi of 8 components Based on field research, we concluded that the counseling group at the State High School Srijaya Palembang has been done in accordance stages, but the implementation is still not achieve the desired objectives. In accordance with the preliminary study 51.94% of students from 350 students have low confidence levels and less. Model counseling groups using psychodrama of 2.812 on a 0.005 significance

  • Pengaruh Pelatihan Regulasi Emosi untuk Meningkatkan Subjective Well-Being
           pada Orangtua dengan Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus

      Abstract: This study aims to improve subjective well-being in parents with children with special needs (ABK) through emotional regulation training. The hypothesis is that emotional regulation training can improve subjective well-being in parents with ABK. The research design used pre-test post-test one group design. The research subjects were parents whose children attended PAUD / SPS activities in RW se Kecamatan Umbulharjo, which amounted to 12 people. The data collection instrument used SWB scale, observation sheet, and interview guide. Data analysis used descriptive statistic analysis to compare pretest, posttest, and follow-up score. The results show that emotional regulation training can improve subjective well-being in parents with Children with Special Needs (ABK). With reliability test results obtained 35 valid results and 35 aitem autumn. Its alpha reliability coefficient index is 0.923. This research can be used as a reference for the implementing unit of guidance and counseling services in universities, lecturers, and counselors at universities to improve emotional regulation to improve subjective well-being in parents with children with special needs.

  • Efektivitas Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok dalam Meningkatkan Kreativitas Bagi
           Tenaga Pengajar di Yayasan Gema Insani Indonesia

      Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Guidance Services Group to Enhance Creativity for Lecturer at Yayasan Gema Insani Indonesia. The method used in this research is the method of experiment. With a design that is used is Pre-Experimental Designs. Pre-Experimental Designs shape used is "One-group pretest-posttest Designs", which is done by comparing the situation before and after being treated. From the results of this study concluded that the Guidance Services This group proved effective in increasing Creativity For Lecturer at Yayasan Gema Insani Indonesia. Based on data analysis using SPSS 21, it can be concluded that there is significant influence creativity before and after the test. Average ratio between the tabulation prior to treatment which is equal to 155.20% with the tabulation after the treatment that is 158.50%. The results are an increase of 3,300%.
